WISH20: End Ecocide by 2020

WISH20 is a Global Citizens Initiative to build the support for ending all Ecocides by 2020

We have a wish: to end Ecocide by 2020. Imagine what our world would look like; an abundance of biodiverse regions and communities living in harmony with our Earth. Imagine a world where our needs are met whilst ensuring future generations needs are met too. Imagine a world where we create our businesses from the premise that people and planet come first. This is a world where ecocide no longer exists.

With your help we can make it happen. All it takes is one wish and for the people of the world to unite. Just imagine what our leaders can do when they hear the voice of we the people uniting to end all ecocides. Together we can speak as one. Wish20 is a Global Citizens Initiative; please add your name. We shall be mapping where people are signing up and our friends at Upriser have offered to build our online community. Together with Upriser we shall be launching in November our Christmas Wish Appeal so you can make your wish for 2020 and donate. Your money will help us build the global community to make our wish come true.

Wish20 needs many people to make it come true; by adding your name to Wish20 we can build the support our leaders need. We can give them the mandate to say yes to a law of Ecocide.

European Citizens’ Initiative

We are very proud that the European Citizens’ Initiative (ECI); End Ecocide in Europe has been approved by the European Commission. The ECI is being coordinated by a group of European citizens and in order to criminalise ecocide in European territory and Ecocide committed by European companies or individuals abroad, they need to collect one million signatures during the next year. Signature collection is not open yet but we need YOU to help us to make this happen. You can either support the ECI by organising an event or campaign in your country or city, by translating materials to your language, by fundraising and much more.
